



For more than 30 years, the former town of Potosi resided underwater after it was flooded.
This is in Venezuela. The town was flooded in 1985 to make a dam, parts of the town reemerged in 2010 during a drought.

Ñ distinctive from the spanish languaje, even our name has it: ESPAÑA.

Today, in #macondo , I photographed the President of Colombia. It’s the first time I’ve really truly photographed a President at close range—with all of the proper credentials. And I knew it just had to be in #colombia — and come about randomly, with serendipity as my guide. The land of magical realism. #travel
